Javier Quiroga is an experienced software architect with a diverse background in software engineering and project management. Currently at Seguritech since June 2021, Javier has led the Safe City project for the Colombian government, integrating various technologies for real-time monitoring. Prior to this, Javier held a senior engineering role at AxxonSoft, where successful projects included developing an Incident Management System for federal prisons in Mexico. Previous positions include senior software engineering roles at Tenaris and Capgemini, as well as technical leadership at Indra. Javier holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and has obtained several certifications, including UAV pilot licenses and Scrum Master & Product Owner status.
