Allyz Kramer

Allyz Kramer has over two decades of experience in environmental science and operations management, currently serving as Chair of the Director Nominating Committee and Regional Operations Manager at SEH since September 2000. Recognized as a Principal Owner and Shareholder, Ms. Kramer has held various key positions, including Senior Biologist, Project Manager, and Client Service Manager, where expertise in wetland science and resource management is applied. Elected to the SEH Board of Directors for a second term in 2020, Ms. Kramer has also chaired various committees, demonstrating a commitment to corporate governance and talent selection. Earlier career roles include positions at ENSR and SEH, alongside a solid academic foundation with a Master of Science in Soil Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota.
