Brea Grace

Brea Grace, AICP, is an experienced urban and land use planner with 25 years of expertise in both the public and private sectors. They have held significant roles, including Land Use & Development Director for the City of Onalaska and Director of Planning & Development for the City of Ashland, where they managed redevelopment projects and oversaw multiple planning initiatives. Currently, Brea serves as a Principal and Senior Planner at SEH, providing community and economic development services while assisting clients with grant writing and planning. They hold a Master's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's Degree in French, Spanish, and Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
