Chad Jorgenson

Chad Jorgenson is a Traffic Engineer at SEH, a position held since July 2013, specializing in traffic impact studies, safety studies, intersection control evaluation reports, and traffic simulation using tools like Synchro, SimTraffic, and VISSIM. Additional responsibilities include traffic forecasting, signal justification reports, noise analysis, and developing signing and striping plans along with maintenance of traffic plans. Previously, Chad served as an Office of Land Management Student Worker Paraprofessional at the Minnesota Department of Transportation from June 2009 to July 2013, where tasks included statewide control surveys using Trimble GPS technology and training new employees. An early career position involved assisting a professor as a Project Worker in the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program at the University of Minnesota Duluth in April 2010. Chad Jorgenson earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2013.
