Dave Walter

Dave Walter is a Senior Professional Engineer at SEH since September 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Director of Public Works/City Engineer and City Engineer for the City of Altoona, Wisconsin, from June 2008 to September 2023. Prior to that, Dave served as a Project Manager at MSA Professional Services from January 2004 to June 2008 and worked as a Traffic & Transportation Engineer for the City of Eau Claire from July 2001 to January 2004. Dave began a career in engineering as a Project Engineer at MSA Professional Services from June 1997 to July 2001. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
