Jim Hall is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and leadership within the transportation sector. Since May 2009, Jim Hall has served as the Transportation Regional Practice Center Leader and Project Manager at SEH, having previously held similar project management roles at PB from 2004 to May 2009 and SEH from 1997 to 2004. Jim Hall began a career at Boyle Engineering as a Project Engineer from 1993 to 1997 and gained early experience as an Engineering Intern at the City of Costa Mesa from 1991 to 1993. Jim Hall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine, awarded in 1992.
