Jon Hultgren

Jon Hultgren, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation and highway design. Currently serving as a Highway Design Engineer at SEH since October 2020, Jon previously held the role of Transportation Project Engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc., where responsibilities included leading the design of a significant County Highway reconstruction project in Iowa. Prior to that, Jon worked as a Transportation Engineer at CH2M HILL, contributing to the IA 100 extension project for Iowa DOT, including various design and modeling tasks. Jon began a career at Professional Service Industries, Inc. as a Staff Engineer, where duties involved supervising site inspections and conducting various material tests for major projects, such as the Irwin Army Replacement Hospital. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, obtained in 2010.
