With over 20 years of experience, Toby specializes in designing safe and efficient trail, roadway, utility, and municipal transportation systems. Previously, Toby held the position of Project Engineer at KLJ from 2000 to 2003 and has been with SEH since 2003, currently working out of the Minnetonka office. Toby earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota in 1999.
