Erin Sullivan

Erin Sullivan is currently the Managing Director at SEI. Prior to their current position, they served as Director of Operations for Barclays Capital from June 2004 to June 2007. In this role, they were responsible for investment banking and broker/dealer operations leadership for North America. From January 2002 to December 2004, Erin was with Toys R Us as the Planning and Analysis Manager. In this role, they were responsible for planning and analysis activities to maximize profitability of the U.S. Toys Division. Erin also led Regional Vice Presidents and District managers through the one-year planning process for three of seven regions (The Mid-Atlantic, The Great Lakes, and the West). Furthermore, they were responsible to Regional Vice Presidents for ensuring active management of P&L by District Managers and Store Directors. Lastly, Erin conducted regular business reviews with operations/field personnel to maximize business unit profitability by driving sales, driving margin, and controlling expenses.

Erin Sullivan began their career in 1995 as an Infantry Officer with the United States Marine Corps where they served until 2001. Following their time in the military, they worked for the US Department of Defense from August 2000 to September 2002 as a Joint Force Deployment Planner and Executioner.

Erin Sullivan has an MBA in Business Administration from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, a BS in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy, and a PMP Certification in PMP from the Project Management Institute. Erin also attended St Johns Prep in Danvers MA for high school.
