Richie Willard

Richie Willard is the Managing Principal at SEI. Richie has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and financial analysis.

Willard began their career as a consultant with BSI Consulting / BizSpeed in 1999. Richie was part of BSI Consulting's Atlanta office, which was bought by Catapult Systems in 2001. In 2004, they became a Senior Financial Analyst with ProfitServe, LLC.

In 2005, Willard joined Amdocs as a Consulting Manager. Richie served in this role for two years before joining SEI in 2007. At SEI, they have played a key role in the company's growth and success.

Richie Willard received their BBA in Management Information Systems from Baylor University before going on to earn a degree in German Richie'story/Culture from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. Richie also has certification from Georgia State University in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and from SCRUM Alliance in Certified Scrum Master.
