Developed by OKO Group—the international real estate firm led by investor and developer Vlad Doronin—and The Bastion Collection, a global leader in fine dining and luxury hospitality, Seia will anchor Brickell’s next major destination for refined culinary and cultural experiences.

Set across the 54th and 55th floors of 830 Brickell, Seia will introduce elevated Italian dining to the public, blending timeless flavor with a contemporary sensibility. Above the restaurant, Seia Club will offer a highly considered enclave for connection—an invitation-only members’ space designed for privacy by day and vibrant social energy by night. With sweeping views over Biscayne Bay, members will enjoy priority access to the restaurant, exclusive hosting privileges across private event areas, and a dedicated luxury concierge.

Rooted in gastronomy, culture, and community, Seia Club will bring a new chapter of hospitality to Miami.
