Catherine Wade

Catherine Wade is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Programme Director at SEI since December 2020 and as Director at ClearZone Consulting since April 2020, Catherine has a strong background that includes roles as Associate Coach at Leadenhall Consulting and managing various senior HR positions at PineBridge Investments from March 2010 to May 2019. Catherine's career also features a role as Vice President of Human Resources at AIG and as Human Resources and Development Manager at M&G Investments. Educated at Henley Business School with a Master of Science in Coaching and Behavioural Change and holding an FCIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich, Catherine combines academic expertise with significant practical experience in the field.
