Colleen Stratton

Colleen Stratton is a global leader in workforce development at SEI, where they have been driving strategic change in human resources since 2007. They possess extensive experience in organizational design, talent management, and HR technology, having successfully implemented global strategies that increased workforce efficiency and retention. Colleen previously held leadership roles at Innovative Consulting, The Siegfried Group, and CBI Group, where they significantly grew consulting practices and developed HR outsourcing initiatives. They earned a BA in Finance from The Catholic University of America and an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
