David Ward has over 25 years of experience in user experience design and engineering, currently serving as a Sr. UX Design Lead at SEI since April 2006, where responsibilities include supporting design standards and user experience for a globally implemented back office banking solutions application. Prior to SEI, David worked at Vanguard from April 1996 to April 2006 as a User Experience Engineer, acting as the main point of contact for application development processes and creating documentation for complex retail website applications. David holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Communications Media, both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
