Lisa Proto has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lisa began their career in 1991 as a Branch Manager at Fulton Bank and worked there until 1995. From 1995 to 2002, Lisa worked as an Education Specialist/Project Manager at Fiserv - Aftech, where they were responsible for training clients on financial software and also traveled extensively for software upgrades. In 2008, they joined Nevada Learning Series as a Government Account Specialist. In 2013, Lisa started working at Conestoga Bank as a Manager of Organizational Development. Currently, since 2015, they are the Director of the Learning, Leadership, and Coaching Team at SEI, where they are also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
Lisa Proto earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Delaware. Lisa also obtained a BSBA degree with a focus on marketing from the same university.
