Mark McManus

Mark McManus has been serving as the Director at SEI since December 1999, providing strategic leadership across multiple teams to support over 100 money manager clients managing over $400 billion in assets. Responsibilities include maintaining operational ownership and collaborating with various units to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery. Prior to SEI, Mark managed the American Fund’s Client Services Unit at BISYS, overseeing daily operations of a call center for over 3,500 retirement plans. Mark's career began at The Vanguard Group, where management of a staff of team leaders and 125 telephone associates was fundamental to achieving service goals. Mark holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and two bachelor's degrees in Management and Psychology from Rosemont College and West Chester University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
