Michael Schafer

Michael Schafer is a High Yield Portfolio Manager at SEI, where they are responsible for overseeing fund sub-advisors, optimizing diversification, and managing portfolio risks and cash flows. Previously, Schafer served as a Money Market Portfolio Manager and Supervisor in Mutual Fund Accounting at SEI from 1998 to 2002. They hold an M.B.A. from Saint Joseph's University and a dual Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Health Administration from Arcadia University. In addition to their financial expertise, Schafer is currently an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Alvernia University and has obtained multiple coaching licenses from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
