Sean Denham

Sean Denham currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at SEI, a role commenced in March 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing finance and accounting, internal audit, business management, enterprise risk management, and investor relations. With a robust career spanning over two decades at Grant Thornton in various leadership capacities, Sean also held senior managerial positions at Amper, Politziner & Mattia and Ernst & Young, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business from 1990 to 1994.
