Shane Roche

Shane Roche is a Preferred Plus Service Analyst at SEI since May 2022, responsible for introducing new firms to the Advisor Desktop platform, assisting with the account opening process, conducting research investigations for discrepancies, and educating advisors on platform navigation. Previously, Shane served as a Preferred Services Analyst at SEI, managing advisor and client communications and generating custom reports, while maintaining a strong call schedule performance. With experience as a Supervising Agent at American Income Life Insurance Company and various roles in the hospitality industry, Shane developed solid interpersonal and customer service skills. Shane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Temple University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Northampton Community College.
