Timothy Barto

Timothy Barto is a Securities and Investments Attorney currently serving as General Counsel for SEI Investments Management Corporation, overseeing legal support for a firm managing over $200 billion in assets. Previously, Timothy held the position of Corporate Counsel at SEI and worked as an Associate at Dechert LLP within the Investment Management Practice Group. Timothy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Connecticut, and both a Doctor of Law and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
