Tom Naratil

Tom Naratil is an Operating Partner at Lightyear Capital, focusing on asset and wealth management. With 39 years of experience at UBS and its predecessor, PaineWebber, Tom most recently served as Co-President of UBS Global Wealth Management and President of UBS Americas. Tom has been appointed to multiple boards, including Wren Sterling, KKR Private Equity Conglomerate, Allworth Financial, and SEI. An alumnus of Yale University and NYU Stern School of Business, Tom also serves as a Finance Senior Fellow at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they develop financial education initiatives for cadets.
