I give my clients bespoke advice on effective job search strategies, CV/resume construction, interview optimisation and provide the resources to help them. Over the course of my 19 year career I have gained a great deal of experience as both an interviewer and interviewee in various companies, industries and geographies and apply what I have seen and learnt over that time to each client's set of circumstances.

I founded the company because I felt strongly that there was a need in the market to focus on helping candidates be the best they can be throughout the job search process and that the knowledge gained from my practical experience on both sides of the interview desk could be highly relevant in achieving this aim.
