Michael O'Connor

Michael O'Connor, CPA, MST, JD, is a seasoned tax partner at Seiler LLP, where they have specialized in tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, real estate companies, and privately-held businesses for over 37 years. Michael has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and corporate structuring matters. Prior to joining Seiler in 1989, Michael held managerial positions at Hood & Strong, LLP and KPMG. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University Stanislaus, a JD from the University of San Francisco, and a Masters of Taxation from Golden Gate University.
