Rita Martinez has been working in the legal field since 2005. Rita started as a Legal Assistant at E C legal Rubio Villegas / Law Office. In the same year, they worked as a Legal Advisor at Toulet, Gottfried, Davila, Martinez, S.C., where they prepared documentation for closings, attended hearings, trials, and corporate meetings, and made investigations on the Public Registry of Property. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Litigation Attorney at their own legal services firm. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have been working as a Corporate Lawyer (In House Counsel) at SEISA. In this role, they have gained experience and knowledge in different practice areas, such as corporate, civil, administrative, intellectual property, environmental, notarial and contracts.
