Andy Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. andy began their career as an Operations Supervisor at IC System in 2005 before moving on to Alphyra as a Project Manager in 2006. Andy then joined Skype, where they held the positions of Senior Compliance Officer and later Global Head of Social Good. In 2014, they transitioned to Microsoft as the Global Senior Manager of Social Good Programs. In 2020, Andy co-founded Pearl Consulting and also became a Co-Founder at Impact Advisors Group. At Pearl Consulting, they served as a Partner and later as the Managing Director for Europe. At Impact Advisors Group, Andy utilized their expertise in strategy and risk management, culture and communications, and measurement and reporting to help organizations improve their impact and respond to new opportunities. Currently, Andy is the Co-Founder and Chief Community Officer at Seismic, where they lead the Seismic community of purpose-driven brands and professionals while also supporting the communities of clients and partners.

Andy Schmidt earned a Masters degree in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University's School of Political Management from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in Strategic Management in International Business from Sacred Heart University between 2001 and 2006.
