Seismic Group is an open industrialised construction platform business.

We enable repeatable building delivery through a common kit-of-parts, standardised interfaces, assured performance and multi-manufacturer participation.

The Seismic Platform helps clients, manufacturers, design teams and delivery partners move away from fragmented project-by-project construction towards a more scalable platform model.

Unlike closed proprietary systems, Seismic is designed to support standardisation without lock-in. This allows multiple manufacturers and supply-chain partners to work from common rules while giving clients greater procurement confidence, reduced delivery risk and more resilient routes to industrialised construction.

Developed through more than 10 years of research, testing and public-sector innovation programmes, Seismic provides a practical route to higher productivity, better quality, lower carbon and more repeatable construction.
