Andy Warneck, PMP, has extensive experience in customer success and client engagement in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Regional Vice President for Customer Success at Seismic since November 2018, Andy has held various roles including Customer Success Director and Senior Customer Success Manager, focusing on enhancing sales and marketing enablement for global sales teams. Prior to Seismic, Andy spent over a decade at Eze Software, progressing from Quality Assurance Analyst to Director positions, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, project management, and leading consulting teams. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on Classical Civilizations from Colby College and completed a study abroad program at James Cook University in 2003.
