Gemma P. has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked in various roles across multiple organizations. Starting as a Clerk at Old Bailey Central Criminal Court in July 2006, Gemma transitioned to paralegal positions at Manuel Swaden Solicitors and Criminal Defence Solicitors in 2008 and 2010, respectively. In 2012, Gemma held a paralegal position at Narasappa, Doraswamy & Raja before moving on to DictateNow, where Gemma served as Compliance Manager and Quality Assurance Manager from April 2013 to June 2017. Following this, Gemma worked as a paralegal at Sherrards Solicitors in early 2013. Gemma continued to develop expertise in compliance and legal frameworks at Trustpilot from October 2020 to August 2021, contributing to various teams including Quality and Compliance and Privacy. Currently, Gemma is serving as Privacy Counsel at Seismic since October 2025.
