Tom Strader

Tom Strader is the Vice President of Technology & Incubation Engineering at Seismic, leading the development and launch of generative AI projects and driving strategic innovation to enhance product offerings. Previously, Tom held the role of Vice President of Product Management, focusing on product data strategy and major innovation projects in AI and ML. Tom's experience includes significant contributions at Xilinx as a Senior Product Planning Manager, where product roadmaps and architectures were developed in collaboration with industry leaders, and as a Strategic Application Engineer and Systems Engineer, focusing on FPGA design and integration. Tom holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from the University of California, Irvine, and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
