Will Bowman is an accomplished leader in Customer Success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Seismic, where responsibilities include leading the NEMEA Customer Success Organization from London. With extensive experience in managing major client relationships across the APAC region, Will has played a pivotal role in helping Seismic's largest customers while contributing to the company's rapid growth. Previous roles at Seismic include Senior Customer Success Director and Senior Manager, Customer Success, where Will was integral in establishing the Customer Success function in EMEA. Will's career also includes key positions at Qubit, where management of a cross-functional team delivered digital transformation solutions, and ACTIVE Network, focusing on customer success and digital marketing. Will holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Marketing) and Arts (Communication and Media Studies) from Deakin University, complemented by studies in Marketing/Media Studies at San Diego State University.
