Tom Abshere

Tom Abshere is the President and Owner of Abshere-Hansen Consulting, LLC, where they have served since 2017. Prior to this, Tom worked for the Fresno County Sheriff Department as a Correctional Officer IV from 1979 to 1995, gaining diverse leadership experience, including roles on the Detention Bureau SWAT team and as a Field Training Officer. Tom has been the Director at SEIU Local 521 since 1995 and served as a board member for FCERA from 2001 to 2004. Currently, they are pursuing degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Corrections at California State University, Fresno.
