Lance Winkel

Lance Winkel is an accomplished professional in the fields of digital animation, visual effects, and design, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Missouri Western State University, where responsibilities include managing the Digital Animation program and enhancing coursework. With extensive experience as a Union Representative and Contract Negotiator for SEIU Local 721, Lance has successfully negotiated significant salary increases for part-time faculty. As a Venue Manager and Projectionist at the Newport Beach Film Festival, Lance ensured the flawless execution of multiple showcases. Additional roles include Production Manager at the Rosemary Clausen Center for Performing Arts, Adjunct Professor at multiple institutions, and a Product Ambassador for Formlabs. An artist and design consultant since 1998, Lance has collaborated with various clients, including Vertigo USA and Habitat for Humanity.
