Seize the Stay provides professionally managed accommodation for contractors, business teams, relocations and longer stays.

We specialise in practical, comfortable homes designed for people working away from home — whether for infrastructure projects, engineering work, insurance relocations or temporary assignments.

Our properties are located in:

• Ellesmere Port
• The Wirral
• Durham
• South Wales

These locations serve areas with strong contractor, logistics and project-based demand.

We understand that reliability matters when accommodating staff away from home.

That means:

• Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchens
• Fast, reliable WiFi
• Parking suitable for working vehicles
• Professionally maintained homes
• Responsive, hands-on management

Seize the Stay is run by Beverley Knowles and her partner Renato de Oliveira, who personally oversee operations to ensure consistent standards across every stay.

We work directly with:

• Contractors and project teams
• Insurance relocation providers
• Facilities managers
• Businesses requiring medium and long-term accommodation

If your business needs dependable longer-stay accommodation, we’re always happy to chat.
