Yuchen Yang

Yuchen Yang currently serves as an Advisor at Proem Communications and SEKAI, while also holding the position of Doctoral Researcher at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne under Prof. Sarah Kenderdine. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager at Alibaba Group, where responsibilities encompassed leading strategy and development for a $150 million joint venture and co-leading science initiatives with a global team specializing in natural language processing and computer vision. Previous roles include Consultant at McKinsey & Company and Product Designer at Eigen Technologies. Yuchen Yang holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from EPFL, a Master of Research in Computational Ecology and Evolution from Imperial College London, a Master's Degree in Information Science/Studies from UCL, and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Communication from Renmin University of China.
