The Selangor Climate Adaptation Centre (SCAC) is the state’s focal point for advancing climate resilience and sustainable development. Established by the Selangor State Government, SCAC supports the implementation of climate adaptation policies, facilitates multi-stakeholder collaboration, and translates data into action to strengthen community and ecosystem resilience.

SCAC serves as a strategic platform to align climate priorities across government, agencies, academia, private sector, and civil society. Our work is guided by three pillars: Policy, Capacity Development, and Strategic Partnerships. With a focus on practical, locally driven solutions that contribute to both state and national climate goals.

From capacity-building and community programmes to policy advisory and data integration, SCAC is committed to enabling bold, inclusive climate action in Selangor.
