Caroline Nardilla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caroline began their career in 2009 as an intern at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and later interned at Island Def Jam Music Group in 2011. In 2009, they also worked as a Production Assistant at both CitiCam Productions and Technobabble Productions. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Freelance Production Assistant. In 2013, they joined Relativity Media as an Executive Assistant until 2015. most recently, they have been working at Select Management Group since 2015, initially as a Talent Coordinator, then as a Talent Manager, and recently assumed the role of Talent Manager and Head of NYC.
Caroline Nardilla began their education at Cold Spring Harbor High School in 2004 and completed their studies in 2008. Caroline then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Film and Television at Boston University from 2008 to 2012.
