Kenneth M’Balé

Kenneth is an experienced executive who tirelessly supports SCi’s vision and SCi’s clients. He plays three key roles. First, Kenneth leads the company in strategic planning and operational management. Second, he leads every phase of client delivery with a focus on finding creative ways to improve service delivery, ensuring clients succeed, and enabling employees to do their best work. And third, he shepherds SCi’s technology investments. He modernized the infrastructure with the best (and most secure) cloud-computing hardware and software, most dynamic business processes, and proven program and project management methodologies. With a doctorate from Bowie State, a remarkable number of professional credentials, and a firm commitment to furthering the public good through the use of technology and smart people, Kenneth has carved a niche for himself – he is an executive who not only understands, but genuinely knows how to combine people, process, and technology.
