Select Contracts is a vertically integrated consultancy that designs, develops, and operates leisure, adventure, and recreation facilities worldwide. For 47 years, we’ve worked with hundreds of clients across the active entertainment industry—from the Middle East to Australasia to the mountains of British Columbia.

What makes us different: we bring a first-hand operator perspective. We don’t just deliver plans - we help ensure projects are fundable, buildable, and operable in the real world.

How we help (end-to-end):
• Concept + feasibility + financial planning
• Design and development management
• Pre-opening planning + operational readiness
• Ongoing operations management (and owner/operator experience)

Experience across: Surf parks, bike parks, mountain resorts, and visitor attractions.

If you’re building (or fixing) an attraction where performance matters - throughput, safety, guest experience, and profitability - let’s talk.
