Sharon Phua

Sharon Phua is a seasoned professional in business development, currently serving as the Senior Head of Business Development for Institutional Catering at Select Group Limited since February 2012. In this role, Sharon leads strategic initiatives to expand business operations, manages a sales portfolio of $20 million, and successfully achieved $3 million in new business revenue in 2021. Prior positions include Senior Business Development Manager at Select Group Limited, Business Development Manager at ISS Facility Services, and Sales Associate at the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Sharon also has early experience as an Assistant Manager at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Center and as a Management Associate at the Singapore Tourism Board. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
