At Select Headhunter, our focus is on people, not profits. We believe that the most important thing in the world is the person you are interacting with at the moment, and that's why we give our clients, colleagues, and candidates our full attention and focus when we are with them.

The founder of Select Headhunter has over 25 years of recruitment experience, much of which was gained in Indonesia. Having built his career with a publicly listed recruitment firm and where he established multiple offices in Southeast Asia, China and Latin America, he wanted to establish an independent recruitment business that put people at the forefront of every decision.

That's why Select Headhunter was established as a people-centric business, with a philosophy of investing in people's professional development and rewarding their success. Our working environment is supportive and empowering, and our managers are tasked with bringing out the best in our colleagues and understanding their personal goals and ambitions.

We also take the time to understand our clients beyond the details of a job order. We listen to their issues and work to identify ways we can make their job easier. And when it comes to our candidates, we understand that they are people with families, responsibilities, and personal milestones they want to achieve. That's why our consultants take the time to understand their career goals and motivations to place them in the right jobs.

At Select Headhunter, we believe in putting people first, and we're dedicated to providing the highest level of service to everyone we interact with. If you're looking for a recruitment partner that values your goals, ambitions, and well-being, look no further than Select Headhunter.
