Michael Pida

Michael Pida, MHS has over two decades of experience in healthcare contracting and management. Michael currently serves as the Senior Director of Managed Care Contracting at Select Medical, where they lead the negotiation and implementation of new contracts and develops payer strategies for optimal performance. Prior to this, they worked at AmeriHealth Caritas as the Manager of Provider Network Management Contracting, overseeing network strategy, recruitment, and contract management for various lines of business. Michael also held the position of Senior Director of Government Programs at HM Health Solutions, where they led complex enterprise transformation programs for federal government contracts. Additionally, they worked as the Manager of Provider Contracting and Reimbursement at Highmark Inc. and as a Manager in the Healthcare Advisory and Federal Government Practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.

Michael Pida, MHS studied Business Administration and Economics at Lycoming College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Michael continued their education at the University of St. Francis, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Health Administration.
