Jared Murphy

Jared Murphy has extensive experience in the mortgage servicing industry, currently serving as an Underwriting Supervisor at Select Portfolio Servicing since July 2014. In this role, Jared specializes in underwriting various loan types, particularly focusing on GSE loans and associated processes. Previous positions include FC Supervisor for Junior Liens/Title Resolutions, where oversight of multi-lien foreclosures and collaboration with multiple vendors and clients were key responsibilities, and Client Relations Analyst, managing investor portfolios and ensuring the accuracy of foreclosure actions. Prior experience includes roles at Greentree Servicing and Bank of America, where Jared provided administrative support and analyzed mortgage claims. Jared is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Data Analytics at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, expected to complete in 2024.
