Heather Eason

Heather Eason's work experience includes roles in various companies and organizations. In 2010, they joined ABB as the Manager of Project Management, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Director of Engineering at Power Grid Engineering, LLC. Heather then joined Siemens in 2016 as the Director of Engineering, and they worked there until 2017. In 2018, they became a Board of Directors Member at QMS INC., a position they held until 2021. In the same year, they also joined the South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce as a Member of the Board. Heather founded SELECT Power Systems in 2017 and has been serving as the Founder, President & CEO since then. In 2021, they became a Micro Investor at Bizfluence app. Heather is currently a Member of the Board of Advisors at Mariposa Technology since 2022. In 2023, they will join the AmCham Ukraine Board of Directors and also become a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the SC Chamber of Commerce.

Heather Eason has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Heather also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they pursued an MBA program at Charleston Southern University and studied Chemical Engineering at the University of South Carolina Upstate, although specific degrees were not mentioned for these two institutions. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the OSHA Construction Safety and Health and OSHA General Industry Safety and Health certifications. Heather Eason also received a Senior Project Manager certification from ABB.
