Phil Ryder

Phil Ryder is a Development Manager at Select Property, where they are involved in planning and delivering multi-storey developments. They previously served as a Senior Construction Consultant at Lidl GB, managing multiple new build and refurbishment projects in the Manchester Region. Prior to that, Phil gained extensive experience as a Construction Project Manager at MAKRO Cash & Carry CR and held various roles across the construction and facilities management sector, including positions at Booker Group and Hewden. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Building/Construction Site Management from the University of Reading and an ONC & HNC in Building Construction Technology from Birkenhead Technical College.
