Mark Chamberlain has a diverse work experience in various roles in the information technology field. Mark started their career in 1999 as an IT Manager at the American Jersey Cattle Association, where they oversaw a team and held managerial responsibilities. Mark also had a secondary management role as the Assistant Herd Services Manager. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at SafeAuto Insurance Company and then moved to Sedgwick, Inc. in 2012 as a Senior IT Software Development Advisor. At Sedgwick, they functioned as a technical team lead and was responsible for building core functionality and customizing existing functionality for the ViaOne Express absence management web application. Mark also oversaw the merge/build/release process for integrating with legacy products. In 2012, they joined Stoneridge Electronics as a Senior Programmer Analyst before transitioning to Select Sires Inc. in 2013. At Select Sires, they initially worked as the Director Of Information Systems, where they managed a large application portfolio and introduced Agile and Software Craftsmanship practices. Mark oversaw the successful integration of several large acquisitions and developed new tools for data access and analysis. Mark also began unifying diverse data systems under a single modern data model. From 2018 onwards, they have been the Data Management & Acquisition Team Leader (contract) at Select Sires.
