Previously, they served as Head of SAP Europe for Investigo, managing a large team and focusing on various sectors including finance, technology, and public services. With over 20 years of recruitment experience, Hector has held key roles in several renowned companies, including Darwin Recruitment and Huntress Group, where they specialized in market-specific verticals and client relationships. They are also a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP).
