Brian Hecht is a venture partner at ERA (Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator) and the founder and host of Humble Conviction, a platform to help startup founders pitch better and get funded faster. They are a veteran of the NY startup scene who has founded, operated, and exited multiple companies and now serve on the boards of several startups and advise/mentor many more. They currently serve on the boards of SELECT, Daivergent, and Tire Agent, and on the Harvard Magazine Board of Incorporators; they are a board member for the I Am Able Foundation and are the founder and director of American Friends of Stowe. They earned an AB in Social Studies from Harvard University in 1992. Their nonprofit interests focus on education and neurodiversity.
