Carolina Blanco

Carolina Blanco has over 18 years of professional experience. Carolina began their career in 2002 as the Director of Women's Basketball Operations at the University of Pittsburgh. In 2008, they took on the role of VIP Service Manager at Shadowroom, where they managed a daily revenue intake of $32K on average from all table and bottle service customer transactions. In 2015, they joined SELECT Innovations as a Business Development/Concierge, providing a unique customer service experience and increasing customer retention by attending partner events. In 2021, they took on the role of Chief Of Staff at Gaming Society, where they oversaw all aspects of business operations and developed CRM and database infrastructure for the company. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Operations Manager at Saasinct Solutions.

Carolina Blanco graduated from Duquesne University in 2002 with a degree in Psychology. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
