Chloe Hazotte

Chloe Hazotte is an accomplished Beverage Category Buyer at Selecta since November 2025, with extensive experience in international category management and procurement. Previously, as the International Category Manager for Cheese at HelloFresh, Chloe managed a €20M portfolio with 30–35 suppliers across Europe, leading pan-European tendering processes and negotiating complex contracts to ensure competitive pricing and supply continuity. Earlier roles included operational buying for fruit and vegetables, where Chloe optimized supply chain processes and monitored stock levels, as well as positions in purchasing and event management at renowned establishments such as Restaurants et Brasseries Bocuse and Ritz Paris. Chloe holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Purchasing Management from SKEMA Business School, a Master in International Hospitality Management from Institut Lyfe, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from SCBS.
