Fraser Oakes has extensive experience in quality management and project management within the vending industry. At N&W Global Vending, Fraser served as Quality Manager from January 1999 to June 2003, where responsibilities included implementing ISO9000 standards, reducing end-of-line failures and installation faults, monitoring the supplier chain, and ensuring effective communication across various departments. Later, at Selecta, Fraser held multiple roles including Project Manager, Spares and Offsite Manager, and Logistics and Offsite Manager, successfully managing local and European projects, overseeing significant headcount reductions without compromising service delivery, and implementing new systems to enhance operational efficiency.
